This sebaceous cyst was about 20mm across. It was hard and annoying for the client. While hard to see in the 1st picture, it was raised about 7mm above the rest of the scalp.

The treatment targets the skin above the cyst, burning the top layers of the cyst. This will allow the cyst to completely 'fall out' as part of the healing process. While it may look a little gruesome, it is simply a scab that needs to be allowed to dry and fall away in its own time. Once the cyst finally falls out - the tissues underneath can finally heal
